B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Food & Nutrition) with 5 years of experience in handling production of instant premixes, teas & herbal infusions, with adequate knowledge in the food & safety requirements of a manufacturing unit.
OR
B.Tech (Food Technology) with basic knowledge in HACCP; FSSC:22000 requirements & all related certifications.

Technical Expertise:

• Approval and monitoring of all critical components of production units per the requirements of FSSAI
• Authorization of written procedures and other documents
• Monitoring of compliance to food safety & management system
• Inspection, investigation, sampling and quality monitoring of the processes & products
• Other shared duties with the Heads of Production unit and technical staff

Preferred: Male or Female, hailing from Tamil Nadu/South India; should be able to communicate in English & Tamil.

Age: 30 years

Remuneration: Commensurate with professional working knowledge and experience in relevant areas.

Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
